Is it possible to settle in cash?

Yes, we accept cash settlement in US Dollars. However, there will be a handling fee of 0.25% of the cash settlement amount in addition.

How do I receive the item and settle the winning bid?

If you will arrange an agent for import on your behalf, you can pick up your goods in Japan with advance payment for the winning bid in Japanese Yen. (the winning bid products will be handed over after we confirm the payment in our bank account)
In case of direct receipt, you can receive the goods locally or make shipment after confirming the receipt of payment in our bank account. We will arrange the shipment of the winning bid products to your desired destination, but the shipping fee will be charged and the settlement for the shipping cost will be in USD.

How much is the fee for a winning bid?

It is free of charge.

Is there a participation fee?

It is free, but a deposit of USD 5,000 is required in advance.

How could I know the price of the product if it were to be sold?

We can tell you the estimated amount if you show us the actual item or provide us with the details of the item. However, the estimated price is merely an estimate, and it is not a guaranteed price.
